Doulas are here to provide the support and continuity you need throughout pregnancy and a helping hand navigating the system. We do not provide any clinical care and cannot make decisions for you. My job is to ensure you have all the information available to you so you can make informed decisions and always understand what is happening - it is YOUR pregnancy after all and I want you to be able to trust your body as it knows what it is doing!

Lots of hospital trusts try to provide continuity throughout pregnancy but isn't always possible due to various issues within the system so you can think of me as your guiding constant throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
